NYP Freshmen Orientation today!
At first,i went to school by bus135 to AMK hub then take mrt at ang mo kio to yio chukang. It takes about 45min to reach my sch from my house...I also planned to wait for kenneth at the bus terminal.I thought i was late but in the end i reach there before he came...Then we walked into the sch.We have to queue up for attendance taking before we can enter the auditorium for orientation.The queue for my course is DAM LONG.Longest amongst the other business courses...Fortunately,i met randy!HAHA i cut queue n queue with him.But we are in different classes.I was allocated to BM1011 so i had to join my class.I sat with my class and watch the movie Astro Boy while waiting for other SBM student to gather.Everyone was stranger to each other.No surprise as it was our 1st day in nyp.When the orientation starts,there was some boring talks and some performances.The performances really sux!When the talks ends,we went to the sky garden to have our lunch.
Well...the food given to us really taste like shit...rice with long beans with drumstick...We also introduce ourself before the lunch just to get to know one another.Then we toured some part of the sch.There are 2 canteens, 1KouFu food court and Mcdonalds =) so much to eat! There are also a shopping arcade in sch.There are Cheers,bookshop,Giordano,ATMs and gift shop.Sounds not too bad.Can do a bit shopping while im free lols.Then we played some ice breaker games to rmb our classmates names.I can rmb about half the class for the 1st day Haha not bad hor?
Then we have some games organised by the OGLs.Not very fun though but useful for bonding.We also learnt mass dance at the sports complex.I think that was the 1st time i danced properly since kindergarten. Kindda fun...and also had to dance with a girl i totally duno...Then more games and then home sweet home =D
